Workforce challenges are not new to Head Start. But, current conditions are unprecedented. Low wages coupled with high inflation; competitive hiring across industry; increased public school early education programming all work to make hiring and keeping staff more and more challenging, True to its commitment to programs, however, NHSA has worked to create a resource Hub specifically designed to meet hte needs of programs to improve recruitment and retention. Dr. B will present an overview of the Workforce Development Hub and how programs can engage with these resources and contribute to them. Bring your questions and your innovations and be prepared to share!
