Amanda St. Martin is the Child Care Licensing Program Specialist with the Wisconsin Department of Children and Families. She holds a bachelor’s degree and master’s degree of social work from the University of Wisconsin – Madison with a focus on criminal justice and policy, where she also enjoyed four years as a member of the University of Wisconsin Marching Band playing the trumpet. Amanda first got her experience in early care and education as a teacher in a group child care center that focused on working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. She then transitioned into child care licensing with the Department of Children and Families and has been with the organization for four years.
