Briana Kurlinkus is an Early Childhood Trainer with Community Coordinated Child Care (4-C) in Madison, WI. Briana holds an Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education from Madison College and a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice and Social Work from Upper Iowa University. Briana is currently completing her coursework for a Leadership Credential through UW-Whitewater. Briana’s career experience includes 20+ years in education working with children ages birth to school age as well as training across the state of Wisconsin.

Briana has focused her most recent work on looking at education through the lens of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion and trauma-informed care. Briana is a bold advocate for identifying and addressing disparities in education and finding ways to give educators and families the tools they need to help children be successful.
