I come to you with over two decades of successful experience in the Human Services, Education and Social Work Fields. I have a Master of Science Degree in Human Services and Organizational Leadership Management and a Master of Social Work (MSW). Before working in Head Start, I worked in Child Welfare for 17 years. I came to Next Door in May 2015 as the first ever Family Support Supervisor for the Child Care Partnership Program and in May of 2019, I assumed the position as the first ever Family Services Coach. My passion lies in valuing all people while committing to a life of helping others thrive.
