Program Leader – Oral Health
Jenna Linden is a dental hygienist and community dental health coordinator and currently serves as the program leader for the oral health initiative at the Children’s Health Alliance of Wisconsin. In this role, she leads and manages key initiative aspects to improve oral health across Wisconsin through innovative solutions, cohesive partnerships and proven strategies to bridge the gap between the community and dental care. Jenna is responsible for the clinical implementation of the Wisconsin Medical Dental Integration Project and components of the Wisconsin Seal-A-Smile program as well as helping to manage the Wisconsin and Milwaukee Oral Health Coalitions. She is Head Start Region V Dental Hygienist Liaison Coordinator and the state (Wisconsin) dental hygienist liaison (DHL) for the National Center on Health, Behavioral Health, and Safety. In her role as a DHL, Ms. Linden serves as a communication link between NCHBHS and Head Start agencies on topics related to improving the oral health of pregnant women and children enrolled in Head Start.
She’s passionate about improving children’s dental health to help them reach their full potential. Over the past 15 years, Jenna has worked in public health across a variety of communities and outreach settings as a dental hygienist, community dental health coordinator and clinical director at a nonprofit children’s dental program. Jenna received her Bachelor of Science in dental hygiene from the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry. She completed her Community Dental Health Coordinator training through Rio Salado College in Arizona.
