Child Welfare Program & Policy Analyst
Lexi Mueller, MSW, APSW, (she/her/hers) has been a Program and Policy Analyst with the Wisconsin Department of Children and Families since 2020. Prior to this role, she began her career as a direct practice Child Welfare Professional in a Wisconsin county. She received both her undergraduate and graduate degrees in Social Work from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and trained as a part of their Title IV-E Public Child Welfare Training Program. She is particularly interested in advancing a Safety Culture within child welfare systems, leveraging technology to manage the workflows of child welfare professionals, and narrowing the front door to the child welfare system through improved training to community stakeholders.
