Rachel is the Director of Wisconsin Partners, a coalition of civic-led regional groups and statewide associations collaborating across sectors, perspectives, and communities for a better Wisconsin. The Wisconsin Partners approach led to the creation of Wisconsin’s Shared Services Network and the coalition now operating as Raising Wisconsin. Rachel is passionate about aligning strategies with values, doing work that’s effective (even if it’s not “efficient”), and building relationships before we need them.
